What are permanent Christmas lights?
Permanent Christmas lights are LEDs mounted in a slim track along your roofline that stays up all year. You control them from one app on your phone: red and green for Christmas, warm white for everyday, team colors on game day, or any of 16 million colors. Once they're installed, there's no ladder, no hanging and no taking them down each season.
How much do permanent lights cost?
The price depends mostly on how many feet of roofline you light, how many stories the house has, and which sides you want: front only, front and sides, or all the way around. Inception quotes from your address and a few photos, so no one has to come out. Request a free estimate and we'll price the whole house and the front only, so you can compare.
Can you install permanent lights before Christmas?
Yes. Install dates are booked in the order estimates are approved, so the sooner you request an estimate, the more dates before Christmas are still open. Ask about timing when you fill out the Free Estimate form.
Can I see the lights during the day?
The track is matched to your trim color, so it blends into the roofline in daylight. At night it disappears behind the light itself.
Can I use them for other holidays?
Yes. The same lights switch to Halloween orange, Fourth of July, team colors or a birthday, and you can schedule them up to twelve months ahead from your phone.
Do you do more than rooflines?
Yes. Inception also installs bistro, landscape, wall washer and flood lighting, all run from the same app, for homes, businesses, churches and cities.
Why permanent lights instead of hanging them every year?
Putting lights up and taking them down every year means foot traffic on your shingles and fasteners going into your fascia, season after season. One install ends that.
